We need to know what is meant by second dwelling. As we are not allowed to have two houses on our properties in Yarra Ranges Shire what is the exact dwelling. There are too many Commercial properties in this road now & there were supposed to be none we do not want anymore. They are ripping up our road. It is appalling the condition at the moment the gutters have been made far too deep it is dangerous & too narrow. Thank you Brenda & Peter Chessum.
